Buyer Trust:

Buyer is a gold member. First thing is first: check to see is the buyer is service provider himself or not.

I checked and found that he has only posted this project only which suggests that he/she is not a service provider.

The rate is $2.5 per 400-450 words. I think this is a pretty good rate for service providers with few ratings. Even high ranked SPs can do this work if they have no other project to do.

But this project is a great opportunity for the new comers to earn some money plus get some ratings.

Conclusion:

I highly recommend new comers to place bid on this project. Currently only two people have placed their bids on this project: try to place your bid as soon as possible.

NOTE: I am not saying anything bad about the buyers. I am not saying that any buyer is a scam. The reason why I may say that a project is unacceptable: is just my own thought based on my freelancing experience
