The pay is not even the money that is considered to be the lowest payable money for a 500 words article at freelance site: normally, $1 per 500 words article is considered as the lowest money that one can earn.

Conclusion:

If you are a new comer and if you are desperate to get/win your first project/job, then I guess it is ok to place a bid on this project.

As this buyer is a gold member, we should first see if he himself is a service provider or not. I checked the buyer’s profile and it turns out that the buyer is a service provider himself.

This means that: the payment will only be made after two or more buyers accepts your work. Secondly, you will earn little money as the buyer has himself won the project from some other buyer.

Conclusion:

Now, this project is ok for new comers to bid on but before you accept the project, make sure that the buyer is willing to pay you via GAF escrow system as in such projects; buyers do not pay using GAF escrow system. Because of this, new comers do not get any ratings.

I checked and found that he is not a service provider.

Anyway, the project is to re-write articles of 450 words. Pay is $1 per article.

I personally am disappointed to see people paying less money to writers for re-writes than what they are willing to pay for writing original articles.

Re-write jobs are difficult than writing new articles.

Conclusion:

I do not recommend this project, even for a new comer.

However, the buyer only needs people who can write content in Greek.

There are few other requirements too. Like: SEO knowledge is optional, writer’s mother language is needed to be Greek, Excellent communication is needed and that is why, the writer needs to be online on a messenger.

The payment is superb: $10 per 400 words. This is excellent money that you can make for writing just 400 words. However, I do not understand what the buyer means by: Extra 5 dollars for opening a new blog?

May be the buyer is talking about opening a blog at different sites where one can get a blog for free. Not sure what exactly the buyer means: the only way to find out the exact requirement, one will need to send a PM to the buyer.
